I’ve you’ve got one as a template and have some spare time, you could 3D model them and have them 3D printed somewhere in ABS plastic?
It’s not as hard to do as people think, especially with a program like Sketchup (although Sketchup doesn’t like curved surfaces that much).
I’ve done wheel center caps, a custom snow brush holder and replacement parts for suitcase handle before.
